2. Product Authenticity & Handloom Disclaimer

At Rahnissa, we celebrate the art of the handmade.

  • Craft Variations: Most of our products are hand-woven, hand-dyed, or hand-embroidered. Subtle variations in color, texture, and weave are not defects but are inherent characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship that make each piece unique.

  • Color Representation: We photograph our products in natural light to ensure the closest possible color match. However, due to variations in digital screen calibrations, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to designs, logos, images, product descriptions, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Rahnissa. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item and will issue a full refund for the same.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping services are currently limited to within India. By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy. While we strive for timely delivery, Rahnissa is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or unforeseen "Acts of God."

6. Order Acceptance

The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any item or refuse service to any customer without prior notification. In cases where an order is cancelled by us after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rahnissa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased shall be limited to the purchase price of that specific product.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Any personal information provided by you is used solely to process your orders and enhance your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Governing Law
