Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Rahnissa, we curate pieces that are a labor of love, time, and heritage. Because our products are handcrafted by artisans—often made-to-order or produced in limited batches—we follow a Final Sale policy.

1. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on any of our products.

  • Each piece undergoes a rigorous three-step quality check before it is dispatched.

  • The Beauty of Imperfection: Since our textiles are hand-woven or hand-printed, minor irregularities in the weave, dye, or print are natural characteristics of the craft. These are not considered "defects" but are, in fact, the signatures of the human hand that distinguish handloom from mass-produced factory goods.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for "change of mind" or "size preference."

  • We encourage you to reach out to our team at support@rahnissa.in for any styling or sizing queries before completing your purchase.

3. Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once this window has passed, or if the order has been dispatched, we cannot accept a cancellation.

  • Pre-orders / Made-to-Order: These pieces are commissioned specifically for you. Once the weaving or crafting process begins, these orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Approved cancellations will be processed as a Store Credit or a refund to the original payment source (minus any payment gateway processing fees).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we take extreme care in packaging, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is the incorrect item, we are here to help.

  • Reporting Period: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence Required: To process a claim, we require a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the opening and revelation of the damage.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange a reverse pick-up and ship a replacement of the same item (subject to availability). If the item is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit valid for 3 months.
